Today is your day of mental rest. God has forgiven you for all your sins. There is nothing in your past that has not been washed by the blood of Christ. You have felt guilty long enough. God has completely forgiven you, so it is time that you completely forgive yourself. Memories may linger, but your sins are forgiven.[G1]
